Things I do Everyday to Radiate Positive Energy
As someone who has struggled with depression in the past, I feel as though I've finally mastered my daily habits to keep my mood regulated and my soul thriving. Doing the following 6 things almost everyday has done wonders for my mental health, and makes me feel positive and peaceful much more often. That being said, I still have my off-days, and thats okay!
